Our morning started off with a lot of birds chirping in the tree tops.... It was really nice to hear - even though I'm not a morning person.

Some guinea fowl........

A silver crane.......

A beautiful horse.......

Wilbur the pig........

A green tree frog the kids found........

An old dug out canoe......
After an AWESOME hot shower (2nd in 12 hours lol) we headed off to do the Palm creek crossing.

We were all excited and a little nervous.......

All ready to go........

Waiting at the top.......

Little bit down.......

Bit further....... Scraping very loudly.......

Nearly at the bottom.... Lots of spectators...... No pressure!!!!!

Down the bottom - actually in the creek..... Now to go back up again!!!!!

This bit was fast, so the photographer didn't have much time to get many photos.......nearly at the top......

Got there!!!!! Very muddy car!!!!!! Yuk!!!!

Brad and Michelle's turn....... From the top......

Bit down.........

Bit more.........

Getting closer..........

Right near the bottom...... (sorry about the boof-head in the way)......

At the bottom...... Now to go up!!!

Half way up..... (sorry about the other boof-head in the way).....

At the top!!!! Wahoo!!!!!....

.
Dirty car...... Gross stinky mud!!
Next stop was Ducie Creek where there was awesomely deep water:)

This was on the tree at the entry of the River...... I think someone is trying to scare us......lol

Ducie Creek crossing.....

Brad and Michelle's car going through.....

Kade found the tiniest frog...... So cute!
We finally found a Telegraph Line Pole that was still standing, straight, and had the top on it!!!

Telegraph Line Pole.......

Shana's photo of the pole......pretty cool hey?

We crossed the Dulhunty River also....

We used the water of this river to wash the mud off the cars. There was a motorbike crew riding along with us,
They ride on the difficult tracks while their support vehicle drives ahead on the bypass tracks to bring them food and drinks etc.... Sounds like fun to me:)

A sink hole in the rock - really nice:)

One of the exits.....
The nice peaceful one that we took......:)

After crossing Bertie Creek, we continued on to GUNSHOT CREEK!!!!!!

We didn't do the hardest one, too much damage to the car, but we did the next most difficult. The angle doesn't show so well on a photo, but it was a 60 degree drop into thick black mud........ Pretty awesome fun!!!!

Successful exit......:)

Tree with lots of crap that's fallen off people's cars that they hang there (sorry Rod and Emma your thingo is not there anymore)......

Great entry........

Exit failed.......;( lol (in our defense we were the fourth one through so it was very dug up.....haha) AND to the Toyota people, a 200 series, as well as a Hi-lux ALSO had to be recovered!!! Haha

Mmmm Steve is standing there, who's driving and recovering?? ME!!!!!:) happy much!!!!!

Me driving out the river and up a really bumpy, steep hill......SWEET!!!!

A guy drove down the actual GUNSHOT drop off..... Silly silly boy!!!!
80 degree drop off!!!!! Rather risky!!!! He did ok, only side step damage - single boys - lots of money - no responsibilities, must be fun.......

Just a few spectators.....haha

One of the motorbike crew obviously did something wrong..... He had to wear a tutu:)
We traveled on to Cockatoo Creek where we decided that we'd camp for the night.
That's all from us today....
Lots of love the Barramundi's xx
